Finance and Insurance Manager- RV Dealership

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 6:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 4:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Finance Director to maximize department productivity.
• Results driven focus on selling products and assisting customers in their purchase. 
• Oversee contract placements while optimizing F&I PVR.
• Assist the sales desk in structuring deals effectively.
• Consistently follow all F&I office procedures and contract flow processes.
• Be involved in the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Help manage contracts in transit, ensuring timely funding through continuous communication with the business office.
• Assist in monitoring F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration rates.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to address F&I training and related matters.
• Support the Finance Director and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience within Sales.
• Must be able to work well with others, and help the entire team be more successful. 
• Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Excellent closing skills.
• The ability to overcome objections. 
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.
